Unknown Actor.....................Unknown Trainee Role

This role, originally written for Chris Farley will either have to be rewritten or deleted due to Mr. Farley's death. As you recall, Dan Aykroyd had originally written the original Ghostbusters script for John belushi to co-star. It's deja-vu all over again.

CREW:

_____

Executive Producers: Trevor Albert and Ivan Reitman

_______________________________

Music: Elmer Bernstein or Danny Elfman

George Fenton was just mentioned to me by Mr. Dienstfrey since he has done the music for most of Reitman's pictures (ie. Groundhog Day). I've also read that Elfman would "love to provide a spooky soundtrack for an upcoming Ghostbusters sequel"

Special Effects: ?

Previously reported here was that BOSS Special Effects Studios would be heading up the new project, however BOSS has since gone the way of the dodo. That leaves only one "super-special effect powerhouse" in the entertainment industry to lead the new GB crew into the relm of the paranormal. Especially considering that they were captain on the bridge for Ghostbusters 2. The only problem is, they're out- GB3 couldn't possibly be on their agenda in the next three years with so many projects up and coming including the next two Star Wars prequels. So now what? Digital Domain?

"Untitled new Ghostbusters Song"

Written by: Ray Parker Jr.

Performer: Unknown (Ray Parker Jr.?)

Rumor has it that Ray Parker Jr. himself will perform a new song for the Ghostbusters movie. If Will Smith ends up in the film, odds are that he will want to cut a track for GB3 as well.
