GBHQ lends Ghostbusters.net a hand
Ghostbusters.net proprietor Chad Paulson is having trouble keeping up with the congestion from the mail he receives asking about Ghostbusters.net. In an effort to alliviate some of that so that Chad can focus on working on the site, Ghostbusters HQ will be posting regular updates here on the HQ to alert those interested in the site's improvement and when it will open can check here for news from the horses mouth so to speak. GBHQ is also pleased to announce that there will be further collaboration between the two sites in the future to keep Ghostheads informed and united. - Troy

Possible Evolution 'toon premiere change
GBHQ minion Ryan LeClair has uncovered some new information about the premiere date of Alienators: Evolution Continues, the new FOX Kids animated series. According to a source at DIC Entertainment, the show may be moved up to a September 1, 2001 premiere date. New ads with clips from the show have began airing on FOX during it's regular weekday line-up. However, I would still be willing to bet that September 8 will be the actual premiere date. - Troy

AT40 recording blunder
The 1984 flashback of America's Top 40 with Casey Kasum as reported here on the HQ Monday was an incredible exposure of the GBs to the nation once again. And, as I commented earlier, it was great to hear Casey introduce "Ghostbusters" as the number one song in the nation nearly 17 years later. However the MiniDisc that I recorded the broadcast on seems to have been haunted by my ex-girlfriend as the recording was overlapped over top a recording of the soundtrack to "Rent!" I'm currently trying to get a copy of the broadcast from AT40 however if anyone out there happened to record it as well, please let me know so that we can get the sound byte up and running! - Troy
