Ivan Reitman tells of emotional showing of Evolution
Care of the Associated Press:KARLOVY VARY, Czech Republic (Variety) - The drama isn't just onscreen at the 36th Karlovy Vary Film Festival. In an emotional moment Wednesday, Slovak-born director Ivan Reitman confessed, upon returning to the region for the first time in 50 years, that he had harbored anger against the country his family fled when the communists took over after WWII. He was here to present the standing-room-only screening of his latest picture, "Evolution." "Now I wish I had come back sooner," Reitman said. - Troy

"Alienations: Evolution Continues" UPDATE!
Currently running during the daily Fox Kids programming schedule is a very brief promotional commercial for the upcoming animated series being distributed and produced through DIC (the same company as Real Ghostbusters). The 30 second spot does not show any of the actual footage from the show rather a point of view as if you were looking down a microscope at the Evolution logo being formed by hundreds of cells. Sunday Funnies selling RGB cels at ComicCon
Shannon Muir, EGB Production Supervisor and panelist at this year's San Diego ComicCon is reporting that the store "Sunday Funnies" has a booth at the convention selling TONS of Real Ghostbusters cels from the animators. She reports that the cels are selling for $60 on average and can also be purchased by emailing joecesaro@sundayfunniesllc.com - Troy
