More updates on the way... JoG returns!
Ghostbusters HQ has had some downtime, mostly because of the hecktic college life and what not- news has also been at a stand still, but as Ghostbusters cast and crew members go their seperate ways, GBHQ will be there every step informing you. As some of you know I'm hard at work on a couple new projects including "Behind the Ecto" which I'm looking to unveil sometime after Christmas. But I'm proud to announce the return of Journal of a Ghostbuster, the popular and most requested feature on the site, it will undergo a name change to "The Secret Diary of Dr. Venkman" and should debut within the next few days! Also, if you missed, GBHQCE Neil Vitale uploaded the special Real Ghostbusters Christmas episode, you can view it by right clicking this link and choosing save as (since the episode is so large). Now, on with the news! - Troy

The Hollywood Reporter. . . reports that Mike Myers is in talks to star as Inspecter Clousea in MGM's new remake of The Pink Panther. How does this relate to Ghostbusters? None other than Ivan Reitman is in talks to direct the film. - Troy

Several tidbits on Bill Murray for today's update. Mr. Murray and his brother Brian are opening a new chain of Caddyshack themed restraunts early in 2001, rumored locations for the restraunts include Universal Studios Hollywood and the Las Vegas Strip. As earlier reported here on Ghostbusters HQ, Mr. Murray will play the lead role in an upcoming film about the TV game show "Press Your Luck" as a contestant who figured out a pattern to the game and ended up winning over $110,000 in cash. Finally, Murray is rumored to have a cameo appearance in Kevin Smith's upcoming conclusion to his Jersey series of films, "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back." - Troy
She's a babe, he's Zeddemore, but it together and whaddya got?
Sandra Bullock's upcoming film "Miss Congeniality" opens this coming week. In between viewing the lovely star of the film and wondering just why your girlfriend just slugged you in the arm, look for Ernie Hudson in his very prominant role in the film. Look for Hudson in the newly renewed HBO series Oz early next year. - Troy
